Been A Long Time

It has been a long time since I have posted on here.  A lot has changed since last November.

December: 

Fuzz successfully graduated from the Academy.  He was #2 in a class of almost 40 recruits.  He and another recruit went back and forth between #1 and #2 for a long time, but the other guys passed him up by less than a point.

He started working two days after his graduation.  

March:

Fuzz finished FTO and started riding solo.  He was on midnights (the shift that he wanted because it fit with us not needing childcare for Thing 1 and Thing 2 during the morning hours that I worked).

April:  

Thing 1 turned three years old!  Her birthday party had to be three weeks later than planned because of the crazy LE lifestyle, but that's okay.

June:

Fuzz left the PD that sent him to the Academy, one that he had only been at for about 9 months.  Some people at the PD were not that happy, but he did what he needed to do.

He started at a new PD.  One that is a better fit for our family.  I am so proud of him.  It has been a long journey... long and stressful... but this is what is right for us.  

July:

It is July now.  In just two weeks Thing 2 will be a year old.  Time flies.  Just two weeks after she was born he got the call that things were going to be happening with the initial PD he started at.  It is pretty crazy that in a year so much has happened!
